The Microbid Fulfillment Team has already purchased the domain giftsplitter.com, so the winner of this Auction will get all of necessary technology built to turn it into an online (and mobile app) based platform where people can create a single gift item, then share it with others - or a Registry-like page with multiple gifts for a child, person or business, etc. 

Users should be able to easily contribute any amount of money or a set amount (depending on how the Poster set it up). And, it should be affordable to use. Maybe $0.25 to $0.50 of a convenience fee per contribution/person?

We have some tech where you can share a link - like of a product (ie. the gift) and it'll instantly extract image, price, description, etc. so this could be super useful for allowing anyone to quickly "register" (ie. post) a gift - then shoot the link and/or QR Code off to people to share it.

We'll offer 90% Ownership Equity to the CrowdKode Members who fund it. We'll fund enough to do the initial marketing. 

Note: Parents are ALWAYS going to birthday parties and having to get gifts, so they would be a natural first target group.

We propose $2,500 for the build (website and both mobile apps, iOS + Android) and $25k to $50k for the initial marketing, which we'll post a separate Campaign for - which will be exclusive if we reach the $2,500 with the first phase of Co-Funders on this Campaign.
