microbid.com/request and simply enter:
1. How much you need/want?
2. What it’s for?
3. How much you got towards it?
Then hit the "Request" button and you’ll either be approved
instantly - and, if you’re not, you can simply
"bidup"
your Request over time to get it approved quicker.
Specifically, Requests are approved based on:

Members with the most bidups among other similarly valued
Requests.

Members who’ve met the Bid Goal of their Request and are
ranked #1 among similarly valued Requests.

Some Requests are instantly approved by random or Team Review (ie.
manual review).
Note: Bidding up is the same as placing bids. Microbid basically
turns all Requests into private, real-time Crowd Auctions that are
batched with similarly valued Requests (we call them
"Buckets").
