The value of your Personal Information corresponds to the value you can receive from participation in the financial incentive. For most financial incentives, that amount is equal to the value of the benefit offered (such as the value of a loyalty offer or value of an offered reduction in a purchase price).

For sweepstakes and giveaways, the value may be considered equal to the cost of the prize divided by the total number of participants. For all Programs and Giveaways, we calculate the value of your Personal Information based on our costs to provide the applicable Program and Giveaway.

By participating in our Programs and Giveaways, you agree that the benefits are reasonably related to the value of the Personal Information. You may enroll in Programs and Giveaways by taking the steps described at the time the offer is presented. You may opt-out by submitting a request through our website and by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of emails related to the Program and Giveaway.
