Hi everyone, this is the Founder (Ken) - we're looking for some immediate BETA Users for Microbid.com to help us live-test out some of the crowd-powered Auctions.

Microbid.com is a global, loyalty + rewards driven platform that helps people turn anything into a crowd-powered Auction - where winning Bidders pay just 1% while Sellers always receive 100% of their full asking price. Best of all, Members earn instant rewards and prizes daily - while the Auctions are going on.

You can sign up free, we'll give you bids and if you bid multiple bids (which is super fast and easy) on 10 Auctions, you'll receive the max of our Equity Offer. Note: You can also just bid on a few and earn less of our max Equity Offer. (we're flexible)

The Auctions are as live as it gets, but the rewards and prizes won't be real for these BETA tests, but we'll probably do a couple with live rewards and prizes towards the end of testing.

  • We'll give you 500 Bids to get started
  • You'll each receive 1,250 Shares ($125 value based on our $5M valuation) - 125 shares per Auction you bid multiple bids on
  • If we exit at our goal of $1B by the end of this year or next, 1,250 shares x $20 will equal $25,000
  • In addition, we'll ear-mark 2.5% Equity specifically for this BETA group and every year we'll split it up into 25 $1 Million prizes based on the relative percentage of the equity to our NET Income (ie. actual cash on hand, which could be very different than valuation). There will be 15 Cash Rewards for the top 15 most active BETA Members - and the other 10 Cash Rewards will be random.

The idea is that, if Microbid does become a $1B unicorn, that 2.5% will be worth $25M, so it'll create 25 $1M rewards - which depending on how many of you are already millionaires could potentially create 25 new millionaires.

And for the record - there are now between 9 and 12 Trillion-dollar companies, so $1B is not what it used to be.

ps - We've been testing, but are thinking of this as a sort of final test. We want to soft-launch this ASAP - like maybe tomorrow or sometime this week.
